About Me


    I started my personal training career in 1997 upon graduation from East Carolina University.  I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer with a  B.S. Degree  in Exercise and Sports Science.
    I have been involved in athletics since my first little league swing.  Sprinted through my high school career leading my relay team to a top three finish at the state and national championships....still hold a few high school records!  At ECU I was part of an undefeated championship flag football team for two years who finished in the top ten at the national championships in New Orleans. 
   On an average day I train 25+ clients ranging from ages 10 through 75. I like to treat my clients as unique individuals, helping them achieve their specific goals.

 Personal Accomplishments:
-Bench Press 225 lbs. 20 times
-Bench Press own body weight 29 times
-Ran a 4.5 forty
-Was part of a state championship flag football team at ECU
-Play in the National Championship Flag Football Tournament in New Orleans...top 10 finish
-Was part of a high school state championship 4x100 & 4x200 relay team
-Ran the 4x100 & 4x400 at the Penn Relays 
    I offer personal training sessions to all ages.  I do a lot of pair and partner training as well as individual training.   I also offer speed and agility drills and plyometrics.  Boxing is something for those who would like a fun alternate cardio session, or who would like to learn how to properly throw a punch!
