As a certified personal trainer with over 13 years of experience and a B.S. degree in Exercise & Sports Science,  I would love to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

My site will guide you through clients' testimonals, before and after pictures, quotes from my clients, amazing accomplishments, client after photos along with their results, and all the different programs that I offer. It will also provide information about my prices and location.  Give me a call and take the first step in looking and feeling like the person you've always wanted to.

I just wanted to congratulate the top 5 finishers of my six week weight loss competition (it was based on % of bodyweight lost......
 
1) Clint Parker went from 219 to 177.5, lost 41 1/2 lbs (18.9%)
 
2) Monica Shamdasani went from 161 to 134.5, lost 26 1/2 lbs  (16.5%)
 
3) Kim Marriner went from 227 to 195, lost 32 lbs (14.1%)
 
4) Tanya Manning went from 177 to 154, lost 23 lbs (12.9%)
 
5) Lauren Yates lost 27 lbs (12.3%)

Last Year:
In 6 months:
     Monica lost 58 lbs (26.1 % of her weight), 13 inches in her waist, 8 inches in her hips, 3 inches in each arm, over 4 inches in each leg, and went from a size 18 to an 8!!!!!!!! YES ALL IN JUST 6 MONTHS
      Loretta went from a size 12 to a size 6 & lost almost 10 inches in her stomach.
      Sara Beth lost 40 lbs and went from a size 20 to a 14. 
In 5 months:
